| Ruling Text: You are hereby notified that: As of February 24, 2009, the entry for any horse trained by you shall not be accepted at Monticello Raceway. No horse trained by you or your agents/employees is eligible to race at Monticello Raceway. This decision is made in the public interest on a finding that the acceptance of entries for and racing of horses trained by you at Monticello Raceway would be detrimental to the best interests of racing due to an actual/and or apparant conflict of interest with the activities of Dr. Gary E. Smith. Having filed an appeal, this order is not stayed. STIPULATION OF SETTLEMENT, 9/3/2009, Robert Feuerstein: Brett R. Smith hereby withdraws his appeal of the Notice No. MR 27-2009 |
