Any violation of this rule during probation period will result in a minimum 10-day suspension. Having paid the fine and filed an appeal, this action is stayed pending final disposition of the Board STIPULATION OF SETTLEMENT, 9/3/2009, Robert Feuerstein: Notice No. MR 26-2009 is hereby dismissed. |
