| Ruling Text: On February 5, 2009, you gave infusion bottles to a licensee who came on the grounds of Monticello Raceway. This action is in violation of the above-stated rule. Having filed an appeal, your suspension is stayed, pending final determination of the Board. STIPULATION OF SETTLEMENT, 9/03/2009, Robert Feuerstein: Dr. Gary E. Smith hereby withdraws his appeal of the Notice No. MR 25-2009 and will serve a (10) day license suspension from August 28 through September 6, 2009 (to be issued by the Presiding Judge at Monticello Raceway) in full satisfaction of the charge set forth therein. |
