| Ruling Text: Having waived your right of appeal you are hereby 15 days and fined $1000.00 for violation of New York State Racing and Wagering Board rule 4021.1, which necessitated a late scratch from the 4th race at Aqueduct Racetrack on December 4, 2008. The 15 day suspension is hereby stayed pending no further violation of New York State Racing and Wagering Board rules 4012.1 and 4043.2 for a calendar year ending December 3, 2009. This penalty is based on the finding of the investigations. |
