This incident occurred on 10/31/2008, the judges have tried to contact the above on three occasions with no reply 11/10, 11/14, & 11/17/2008. After meeting with the Judges at Yonkers Raceway and reviewing your incident from 10/31/2008, your indefinite suspension is reduced to $100 fine for failure to act in a forthright and gentlemanly manner. |
