Ruling Text: On this date you were in possession of hypodermics and other prohibited drug paraphernalia on the grounds of Monticello raceway in violation of the above-stated rule. Your license to participate in pari-mutuel horse racing in New York State is suspended for a period of 60 days, and you are fined the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). during the period of your suspension, no horses owned or trained by you or your agents or employees are allowed to participate in pari-mutuel horse racing in New York State. You are barred from the grounds at all New York State harness race tracks and shall not participate in any phase of harness racing, directly or indirectly, on or off the track. Having appeared before a representative of the Racing and Wagering Board, and having waived your right to appeal, your 60 days suspension is reduced to 30 days, beginning November 21, 2008, through December 20, 2008, and your fine reduced from $500.00 to $250.00. You may be eligible to participate on December 21, 2008, upon payment of your fine.
