| Ruling Text: Having waived his right to appeal, Trainer Michael S. Ferraro is fined the sum of $5,000.00 reduced to $2, 500.00 for reporting that the horse "City Believer" as working on three occasions (8/03/08, 9/04/08, and 9/24/08) after that horse had been shipped off the grounds of Finger Lakes Race Track. Trainer Michael S. Ferraro has assured the Stewards that his will not happen again. Trainer Michael S. Ferraro is warned that any future offences will result in a very harsh penalty. |
