| Ruling Text: Having received a report from the New York State Racing and Wagering Board's Equine Drug Testing Laboratory at Cornell University of the finding of Lidocaine and it's metabolites in the body fluid samples of the horse " Dixie Babie" which finished 3rd in the 1st race on August 5, 2008 at Finger Lakes Race Track, and having waived his right to appeal, Owner/Trainer Michael T. Sabine is suspended for 21 calendar days effective Thursday October 23, 2008 through Monday November 12, 2008 inclusive. During the period of his suspension, Owner/Trainer Michael T. Sabine is denied the privilages of the grounds of Race Tracks in New York State. The Stewards order the horse "Dixie Babie" disqualified from any part of the purse and the redistribution of that purse as follows: 1st #5 Two Condos 2nd #4 Prospectforme 3rd #1 Wicken Rede 4th #6 High Rise Pro #3-DNF |
