| Ruling Text: As trainer of record of #2 "YORKEM N" which raced on June 24, 2008, in the sixth race at Monticello Raceway, finishing 2nd with the drug hydroxydetomide present in its system in violation of the above stated rules. During the period of your suspension you are denied privileges of the grounds. No horses owned, trained or driven by you shall be allowed to race at any track conducting parimutuel racing. You are to return the purse money from the horse. Having appeared before a representative of the New York State Racing and Wagering Board, and having waived your right to appeal, and the Board having considered the circumstances, your 45 days suspension is hereby reduced to 30 days, commencing 09/03/2008 through 10/02/2008. Your fine is $250.00. You are eligible to participate on 10/03/2008 upon payment of fine and return of purse. |
