Ruling Text: The horse "Kash Sonrise" trained by you competed in the 11th Race at Buffalo Raceway, while the drug "Naloxone" was present in its system. Per your request, a split sample of the urine taken from the horse on April 30, 2008, was sent to Louisiana State University for independent testing, and the result from that test was returned positive. "Kash Sonrise" has been disqualified from the 11th race and the purse money has been re-distributed. During this period of suspension you are denied the privileges of the grounds, and no horses owned, trained, or driven by you or your agents shall be allowed to participate at any New York State race track conducting pari-mutual wagering.
