| Ruling Text: As trainer of record of # 5 PRIDE OF BULLVILLE that finished 1st in the 7th race on 01/16/2008 while the drug acepromazine was present in it's system in violation of the above stated rules. During the period of your suspension, you are denied the privilages of the grounds. No horses owned, trained or driven by you shall be allowed to participate at any track conducting pari-mutuel racing. Having appeared before a representative of the New York State Racing & Wagering Board and having waived your right to appeal, and the board having considered the circumstances, your 30 days suspension is hereby reduced to 15 days, comencing 04/01/2008 through 04/15/2008, and you fine remains at $500.00. You are eligible to participate on 04/16/2008 upon the payment of the fine. |
