| Ruling Text: Your license to participate in pari-mutuel horse racing in New York State is suspended for a period of ninety (90) days reduced to sixty (60) days without an appeal, because the horse THE RAIL trained by you competed in the 8th race on 9/18/2007 and finished 1st at Yonkers Raceway while the drug FLUPHENAZINE was present in its system, which has been administered to the horsein violation of board rules 4120.11 (a) & (b). During the period of your suspension you are denied the privileges and use of the grounds of any N Y State racetrack. No horses owned, trained or driven by you shall be allowed to participate at any track conducting pari-mutuel racing. |
