Ruling Text: ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE why your licenses to participate in pari-mutuel thoroughbred racing as a stable employee in New York State should not be suspended or revoked. FINDINGS AND ORDER,GAIL PRONTI, APRIL 28, 2008: ORDERED, that the license of Respondent is revoked for violation of the conditions of his license, violation of Rule 4002.9(a), and his experience, character and general fitness are such that participation in racing by him would be inconsistent with the public interest convenience or necessity, or in the best interest of racing generally. 5/28/08-The New York State Racing and Wagering Board adopted the recommendation of Hearing Officer Russell H. Baller, Jr. to revoke Mr. Marrero’s license based upon his violation of conditions for relicensing and lack of character and fitness in relation to continuing participation in racing.
