Ruling Text: The horse (You Only Live Once) trained by you that raced on August 31, 2007, had a test sample that revealed evidence of the presence of Triplennamine and hyrdroxytriplennamine, a metabolite of triplennamine. Your license to participate in all aspects of pari-mutuel racing in New York State is suspended and access to areas that require a license denied for a period of 30 days reduced to 20 days. Your fine of $500.00 is reduced to $250.00. Your suspension begins on December 23, 2007 and continues though January 11, 2008. You are eligible to participate on January 12, 2008. All purse monies received for that horse's first place finish are to be returned.
