Ruling Text: The horse (Big Zach Attack) trained by you that raced on October 25, 2007 had a test sample that revealed evidence of the presence of Acepromazine. Your license to participate in all aspects pari-mutuel racing in New York State is suspended and access to areas that require a license denied for a period of 20 days reduced to 10 days. Your fine of $500.00 is reduced to $250.00. Your suspension begins on December 2, 2007 and continues through December 11, 2007. You are eligible to participate again on December 12, 2007. All purse money earned by that horse on that date is to be returned no later than December 15, 2007.
