| Ruling Text: Having waved his right to appeal, Exercise Rider/Groom Steven V. Genecco will be suspended for 30 Calendar Days to be served at the discretion of the Stewards after opening day of the 2008 racing season of Finger Lakes Race Track for possessing hypodermic equipment and injectable Adequan in the barn area of Finger Lakes Gaming and Racing. During the period of his suspension Steven Genecco will be denied the privileges of the grounds of Finger Lakes Racing and Gaming as well as all Race Tracks in New York State. Exercise Rider Steven V. Genecco is suspended for 30 calendar days effective Friday May 23, 2008 through Saturday June 21, 2008 inclusive as agreed upon in ruling FL 81-2007. During the period of his suspension Steven V. Genecco is denied the privileges of the grounds of Finger Lakes gaming and Racing as well as all Race Tracks in New York State. |
