Genecco will be suspended for 30 Calendar Days effective opening day of the 2008 racing season of finger Lakes Race Track for possessing hypodermic equipment and injectable Acepromazine in the barn area of Finger Lakes Gaming and Racing. During the period of her suspension Teresa Genecco will be denied the privileges of the grounds of Finger Lakes Gaming and Racing as well as all Race Tracks in New York State. |
