Ruling Text: Your license to participate in pari-mutuel horse racing in New York State is suspended for a period of 90 days, and you are fined the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00 ) because the horse ARMBRO WAVE, trained by you competed in the 11th race on 5/29/07 at Monticello Raceway while the drug naproxen was present in it's system in violation of the above stated rules. During the period of your suspension no horses owned, or trained by you or your agents or employees are not allowed to participate in pari-mutuel horse racing in New York State. You are barred from the grounds at all New York State harness racetracks and shall not participate in any phase of harness racing, directly or indirectly, on or off the track. Having appeared before a representative of the Racing and Wagering board and filed an appeal, having paid the fine, your suspension is hereby stayed pending final determination by the Board. Having withdrawn your appeal, your 90 days runs from September 1, 2008 through November 29, 2008. You are eligible to participate on November 30, 2008.
