This suspension is stayed pending the outcome of Jockey Messina appeal filed Tuesday October 23, 2007. Jockey Robert Messina is suspended 10 calendar days effective Saturday April 19 through Monday April 28, 2008 inclusive as was agreed upon in the settlement of his appeal of the Stewards ruling concerning the running of the 8th race on October 22, 2007 |
