FINDINGS AND ORDER, GAIL PRONTI, APRIL 28, 2008: ORDERED, that the Ruling of the Stewards at Finger Lakes Race Track which imposed a fine of Five Hundred ($500) Dollars upon Jason Giliforte for failure to conduct business in a proper manner regarding the sale of the horse, Belle Rose, is affirmed. 5/28/08 The New York State Racing and Wagering Board upheld the decision of the State Steward at Finger Lakes Race Track, which imposed a fine of $500 upon Jason Gilforte for failure to conduct business in a proper manner regarding the sale of the horse “Belle Rose” (Rule 4038.4). |
