Ruling Text: Having received a report from the NYSRWB Equine Drug Testing Laboratory at Cornell University of the finding of 2-(1-hydroxyethyl) promazine sulfoxide, a metabolic of acepromazine in the body fluid sample taken from the horse "Spec House" (#4) which finished first in the fifth race on August 13, 2007: and considering the fact that Trainer Mark Gory has waived his right to appeal: Trainer Mark Gory is suspended for 15 calendar days effective Wednesday October 24, 2007 through Wednesday November 7, 2007 inclusive and fined $500.00. During the period of his suspension, Trainer Mark Gory is denied the privileges of the grounds of Finger Lakes Race Track.
