This suspension is stayed pending the outcome of Jockey Rodriguez's appeal to the NYSRWB. Jockey Pedro A. Rodriguez is suspended for 10 calendar days effective Saturday April 19, 2008 through Monday April 28, 2008 as was agreed upon in the settlement of his appeal of the Stewards decision concerning the running of the 8th race on October 11, 2007. |
