FINDINGS & ORDER, GAIL PRONTI, 4/28/2008: ORDERED, that the license of Respondent is revoked for violation of the conditions of his license and for use of drugs in violation of Rule 4042.5(a). 5/28/08 The New York State Racing and Wagering Board adopted the recommendation of Hearing Officer Russell H. Baller, Jr. to revoke Mr. Sanchez’ license based upon a positive human drug test and failure to comply with conditions relating to the voluntary surrender of his license |
