This suspension is stayed pending the outcome of Jockey Yang's appeal filed on Friday October 5, 2007. Having withdrawn his appeal of the Stewards decision concerning the running of the 9th race on Monday October 1, 2007, Jockey Chin Yang is suspended for 10 calendar days effective Tuesday November 6, 2007 through Thursday November 15, 2007 inclusive. |
