| Ruling Text: Having received a report from the New York State Racing and Wagering Boards Equine Drug Testing Laboratory at Cornell University of the finding of Clenbuterol in the body fluid samples of the #8 horse "Smokin Racer" which finished 2nd in the 3rd race on August 21, 2007, Trainer Christopher Englehart is hereby suspended for 15 calendar days effective Sunday September 30,2007 through Sunday October14, 2007 inclusive and fined $500.00. During the period of his suspension Trainer Englehart is denied the privileges of Finger Lakes Gaming and Racing. Also the Stewards order the horse "Smokin Racer" disqualified from any part of the purse and order the Horseman' s Bookkeeper to redistribute the purse as follows: (1st) #7 Wandi, (2nd) #3 Horrible Jean, (3rd) #5 Ryan's Glory, (4th) #1 Divine Comedy (5th) #6 Villanueva, (6th) #4 Stone Cold Look |
