| Ruling Text: While driving # 6 ISOSCELES in the 5th race, you bore out just past the 1/2 pole causing # 8 SHOT OF THE DAY to go 3 wide. Having appeared before a representative of the New York State Racing & Wagering Board, and having filed an appeal, your suspension is stayed pending final determination by the board. FINDINGS AND ORDER, March 12, 2008, Gail Pronti: ORDERED, that the placement decision is upheld, and it is FURTHER ORDERED, that the Notice of Violation imposing an 8 day suspension on driver William Bailey for interference is dismissed and the suspension is annulled. |
