You falsely represented that you were the trainer of one (1) or more horses, trained by Richard Dutrow, that raced at Belmont park while his trainers license was under suspension from June 1, 2007 to July 31, 2007; at Aqueduct Racetrack in or about June 2005 you stabled the horse " Wild Desert" under a false name and worked it out before official clockers were present; and while " Wild Desert" was at Aqueduct on May 29, 2005, you participated in the scheme that obtained a false work out for "Wild Desert" from Monmouth Park Racetrack; in violation of rules 4002.1 (b,h), 4003.53, 4007.3 and 4042.1 (f). The $3000.00 fine is stayed and probated to $1000.00 and 2 years probation. |
