| Ruling Text: On August 15, 2007 you failed to conduct yourself in a gentlemanly manner. All licensees of the New York State Harness Racing Commission are required to conduct themselves in a forthright, gentlemanly manner at all times while on or near the premises of a licensed harness race track. In addition to the fine, you are suspended from the Paddock area on the race nights of August 31 and September 1, 2007. Increased penalties may be imposed for future violations. Withrew appeal 10/10/2007. |
