| Ruling Text: On August 15, 2007, you were in the Paddock area without authorization from the Board. You were not the owner, groom, driver or trainer of any horse(s) competing in the races on the particular night. After being warned by Investigator, Jeff Habor, you returned to the Paddock later that evening without authorization by the Board. No person shall be admitted to the paddock except the owners, trainers, drivers and grooms of the horses actually competing in the races of the particular day or night, and such other persons as are specifically authorized by the Board. Withdrew appeal 10/10/2007. |
