| Ruling Text: You withheld information from the Race Secretary at Buffalo Raceway concerning the eligibility of two (2) horses, #3 (Official Business) in the 5th Race, and #5 (Artracer) in the 11th Race, which you entered on June 16, 2007, to compete in races on June 20, 2007, at Buffalo Raceway. On June 16, 2007, you were aware that both horses were in to race at Flamboro Downs on June 17, 2007, and Woodstock Raceway on June 16, 2007, in Ontario, Canada, and this would have an affect on their respective preference dates to race at Buffalo Raceway. Your actions prohibited horses with good preference dates from competing at Buffalo Raceway and gave you an unfair opportunity to race at Buffalo Raceway on June 20, 2007. It is your responsibility to inform Racing Officials when horses trained by you are into go at other racetracks. Your actions are fraudulent and detrimental to the best interest of racing, and injurious to the character of the turf. |
