| Ruling Text: While driving #2 (Spode To Be Black) in the 9th Race, just passed the 1/2 and while approaching the 5/8th pole, you allowed your horse to slow (or "sit") down and cause confusion among trailing horses. It is your responsibility to warn other drivers around you when the horse you are driving is in distress to avoid interference. Your actions impeded the progress of several horses and caused two (2) horses to break stride. |
