YOU HAVE VIOLATED THE CONDITIONS WHICH YOU SIGNED ON 9/4/06. FINDING AND ORDER, SEPTEMBER 27, 2007, GAIL PRONTI, ORDERED THAT THE LICENSE OF FRANK POPFINGER TO PARTICIPATE IN HARNESS RACING AS A GROOM IS REVOKED. |
