| Ruling Text: The horse "A C's Flashy Guy", trained by you, competed in the 13th Race at Buffalo Raceway, while the drug "Ipratropium", a Class III anticholinergic drug, was present in its' system. As Trainer of Record you are the absolute insurer of the horse, and are responsible for its' condition and well-being. You are hereby ordered to relinquish all purse money won in that race for redistribution. During this period of suspension you are denied the privileges of the grounds, and no horses owned, trained, or driven by you or your agents shall be allowed to participate at any track conducting pari-mutual wagering. |
