| Ruling Text: You attempted to race #4 (Twin B Kingpin) in the 1st Race without having Registration Papers to prove proper ownership of the horse. Prior to this, on February 16, 2007, you raced the horse by fraudulently telling the Judges that the ownership paperwork had been taken care of. As Trainer of Record you are responsible to act in a professional, forthright, and honest manner with all circumstances involving horses trained by you. This horse had to be scratched because of your actions. |
