| Ruling Text: The horse #5 (S L Command) in the 1st Race at Batavia Downs, tested positive for an unacceptable level of "Flunixin". As the Trainer of Record you are the absolute insurer of the horse, and are responsible for its' condition and well being. You are hereby ordered to relinquish all purse money won in that race for redistribution. During the period of suspension you are denied the privileges of the grounds, and no horses owned, trained, or driven by you or your agents shall be allowed to participate at any track conducting pari-mutual wagering. |
