| Ruling Text: Your NYSRWB license has been suspended indefinitely starting 3/13/2007, pending a hearing by the Judges at Yonkers Raceway(YR). you allegedly abandoned a 2 year old bay filly in the barn area at YR. This incident was reported to the Presiding Judge on 3/10/2007, violation of rule 4105.8 (c) duties of judges (4105.6 (b) Power of Judges. As per our investigation at YR several reported fact were found to be distorted, licensee is cleared to race as of 7/01/2008. No fine or suspension issued for the above incident. |
