| Ruling Text: As trainer of record of SECURED ALIBI that raced in the 12th race on 01/11/07 finishing 1st, and also racing on 01/30/07 in the 3rd race, finishing 3rd while the drug 2- ( 1-hydroxyethyl ) promazine sulfoxide, a metabolite of acepromazine was present in it's system in violation of the above stated rules. During the period of your suspension you are denied the privilages of the grounds. No horses owned, trained or driven by you shall not participate at any track conducting pari-mutuel racing. |
