| Ruling Text: As Trainer of Record for #7 (Contradiction) which raced in the 11th Race, you are responsible for the horse's condition, fitness, equipment, and soundness when it starts in a race. This horse appeared to be in distress throughout the mile and in the Clubhouse turn, just past the 1/2 mile, the Driver could not keep the horse from bearing-in, subsequently the horse crossed the inside limit of the race course. (Euro-rail Violation). |
