| Ruling Text: You stipulated to pay a $25,000 fine and to serve a 14-day suspension for failures to comply fully with restrictions on your license in June 2005, in violation of Rule 4002.1 (b). The starting date of your suspension being entrusted to the State Steward where you participate,.the State Steward hereby orders the suspension to be served the following days February 15, 2007 through February 28, 2007 inclusive. You are denied privileges and use of the grounds of each and every New York State Racetrack and no horses owned and trained by you or your agents or employees shall be allowed to participate in New York. During your period of suspension, you shall not participate in New York State pari-mutuel horse racing, directly or indirectly, you shall be denied privileges and use of the grounds of New York State racetracks and you shall be forbidden to participate in any share of purses. Horses owned or trained by you, or agents who continue to serve as your agents or employees during such period of suspension; and horse in regard to which you are making arrangments with the owner, directly or indirectly, to care for, train, enter in race, invoice, collect fees or other payments, employee workers, or other wise handle: shall not be allowed to participate in pari-mutuel racing and are denied privileges of the grounds. This shall not preclude agents or employees of you, who are not serving as such during the period of your suspension, from participating in pari-mutuel racing as owners, trainers, and grooms, as long as they are licensed and perform those duties consistent with rules and regulation of the State of New York. |
