| Ruling Text: AFTER CAREFUL CONSIDERATION, YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT THE BOARD REFUSES TO ISSUE YOU A LICENSE TO PARTICIPATE IN RACING IN THE STATE OF NEW YORK, FOR WHICH YOU APPLIED ON 8/29/06, RECEIPT# MO 1237019, FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON: YOU HAVE FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THE LICENSING REQUIREMENTS. FINDINGS AND ORDER 8/28/2007 GAIL PRONTI; ORDERED, that the decision to refuse to issue Graham Lewis a license to participate in or be employed at harness race meets in the State of New York based on his incomplete 2006 license application is affirmed; and ORDERED, that it would be premature for the Board to consider the extent to which the conduct of respondent at his hearing may impair his ability to be subsequently licensed by the Board. |
