| Ruling Text: ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE WHY YOU SHOULD NOT BE FINED AND YOUR LICENSE TO PARTICIPATE IN PARI-MUTUEL RACING IN NYS BE SUSPENDED OR REVOKED. FINDINGS AND ORDER, March 11, 2008, Gail Pronti; ORDERED, that the license of Respondent to participate in pari-mutuel racing in the State of New York is suspended for a period of 90 days, and he is fined in the amount of $1,000.00 and it is hereby, FURTHER ORDERED, that after serving the 90 day suspension ordered above, the Respondent shall commence a 24 month probationary period during which any violation of Board rules Parts 4119, 4120, or Rules 4116.8, 4116.9 (b) or (c) or the accumulation of an excessive number of violations of Part 4117 as determined in the discretion of Board staff, shall trigger the revocation of any licenses or racing privileges. |
