During the period of your suspension you are denied the privilages of the grounds. No horses owned, trained or driven by you shall be allowed to participate at any track conducting pari-mutuel racing. Having withdrawn your appeal, you are to serve 60 days suspension, with 30 days stayed provided that no further medication infractions occur through April 21, 2008. |
