| Ruling Text: After the last race of the evening, you approached the Judges to ask a question about the euro-rail rule. The Presiding Judge gave you an appropriate answer, but you were not satisfied and continued to badger the Judge as he tried to leave the grandstand. You challenged his authority, tried to intimidate him, and put his integrity in question when threats were made to call his superiors. You did not conduct yourself in a forthright and gentlemanly manner and your actions were detrimental to the best interests of racing, because it created a public disturbance in the grandstand. |
