That action caused #1, "Willing and Abel" to partlly leave the course. Having appeared before a representative of the NYS Racing & Wagering Board, and withdrawn your appeal, and the board considered the circumstances, your suspension is reduced from eight (8) days to (5) days. Your driving suspension begins on 12/09//2006 and continues through 12/13/2006. You are eligible to drive on 12/14/06. |
