| Ruling Text: You attempted to enter the grounds without showing in plain view your identification badge, at that time you committed an act that was detrimental to the best interests of racing and injurious to the character of the turf. When confronted by a Racing Official and Track Security about this incident you used improper language and abused both. You have been deemed an undesirable person for disorderly conduct and malicious character and fitness. Having waived your right to an appeal, your fine is reduced to Two Hundred and Fifty ($250.00) Dollars, and your suspension is reduced to Thirty (30) Racing Days at Batavia Downs. This suspension is in effect at all New York State Harness Race Tracks. You are eligible to participate on November 17, 2006. |
