Having appeared before a representative of the New York State Racing and Wagering Board, and appealed this decision, your suspension is stayed, pending a final decision by the Board. FINDINGS AND ORDER, 12/21/2006, GAIL PRONTI, EIGHT (8) DAY SUSPENSION IS UPHELD You had previoiusly appealed this ruling and received a negative decision by the Board. |
