| Ruling Text: You are suspened from driving in Harness Racing for Eight (8) Days, June 21, 2006 through June 28, 2006. While driving #2 (Good Will Kash) in the 2nd Race, while entering the first turn, you allowed your horse to strike the sulky wheel of #4 (Johnny Rae) causing your horse to break stride, thus causing interference with #4 (Johnny Rae) and six trailing horses. Having appeared before a representative of the New York State Racing and Wagering Board, and appealed this decision, your suspension is hereby stayed, pending a final decision by the Board. FINDINGS AND ORDER, 12/21/2006, GAIL PRONTI, THE EIGHT DAY (8) SUSPENSION IS REVERSED. |
