As a result of this action, you impeded the progress of #2, "Steamroller". Having appeared before a representative of the NYS Racing & Wagering Board and waived your right to an appeal and the Board having considered the circumstances, your suspension is reduced from (8) days to (5) days. Suspension begins on Friday, July 7, 2006 and continues through Tuesday, July 11, 2006. You are eligible to drive on Wednesday, July 12, 2006. |
