| Ruling Text: CONSENT TO CONDITIONS FOR LICENSING A valid receipt to participate is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, including that you not resume participation as a license in New York State racing until September 1, 2006: (a) your valid receipt shall be suspended for a period of 6 months from March 1 to August 31, 2006 (b) a fine of one thousand dollars ($1000) which is stayed and shall thereafter be discharged tothe extent of compliance with all terms and conditions set forth herein through February 28, 2007 (c) agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with the behavior of a licensee of the Board, on track and off-track, and I understand that my behavior may affect continued participation in racing (d) not violate any Board rule for which a suspension penalty in excess of 15 days is appropriate, in the sole judgment of the Board or that relates to decorum |
