Having appeared before a representative of the New York State Racing and Wagering Board, and waived your right to appeal, and the Board considering the circumstances, your fine is reduced to One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars, and your suspension is reduced to Seven (7) Days, June 17, 2006, through June 23, 2006. You are eligible to participate on June 24, 2006. |
